Franco Godone
I began my professional career in software development more than 20 years ago and remain hands-on as an engineer. That experience continues to shape how I approach product decisions and software delivery.
Product and delivery
My work spans Product Ownership, product development, technical leadership and delivery management. I connect business needs to product strategy and engineering decisions, helping teams shape scope and respond to uncertainty within real delivery constraints.
Experience across sectors
My client work across three countries has included retail, tourism, sports and betting, energy, insurance, banking and FinTech. I am comfortable in strongly regulated business environments, where governance and delivery constraints shape technical choices.
Coaching and development
Agile Coaching, training and facilitation complement my engineering work by supporting collaboration, leadership and product decisions. My experience includes Agile Coaching at IKEA, serving as a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) with Scrum.org, and professional coaching with an ICF ACC credential.
