Who is responsible for your information

Good1 Consulting AB (organisation number 559265-8305, VAT number SE559265830501), Hyllie Boulevard 53, 215 37 Malmö, Sweden, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact connect@good1.consulting with privacy questions or requests.

Email enquiries and website operation

If you email Good1, we use the sender details and the information you choose to include to respond and discuss your enquiry. If you ask us to discuss a possible engagement, we process the information to take steps at your request before entering a contract. For other business correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to it. Please do not send confidential information in an initial enquiry.

Cloudflare delivers and helps protect this website. In doing so, it may process technical request information such as your IP address, browser details and the pages requested. Good1 relies on its legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.

Optional Analytics and Google Maps

Google Analytics 4 is optional and loads only after you allow Analytics. Before that choice, this website sends no Analytics requests to Google. When enabled, Analytics can process page views, usage interactions enabled for the web stream, browser and device details, approximate location and identifiers stored in first-party cookies. Good1's code sends a page view with the page path, without query strings or fragments. The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it through Privacy settings. Withdrawal stops future collection initiated by this website, but cannot remove information Google has already received.

External Maps is a separate optional choice. If allowed, the Google Maps embed loads automatically when you visit the Contact page. Before permission, the embed makes no request to Google. Google may receive information such as your IP address and browser or device details when the map loads. Following the separate external Google Maps link also connects your browser to Google. The legal basis for loading the embed is your consent. You can withdraw permission through Privacy settings; withdrawal cannot remove information already received by Google.

Providers, transfers and retention

Cloudflare provides website delivery and security. Google provides Analytics and the optional embedded map. Your email service and Good1's email provider handle messages you send. These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Contact Good1 for information about the transfer safeguards applicable to the relevant provider and service.

Privacy choices are stored in this browser for up to 180 days, then expire. Good1 keeps enquiry messages while they are needed to respond and manage any resulting business relationship, and longer only where needed for legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Cloudflare and Google retain information under the settings and terms applicable to their services. Google Analytics event and user data is retained for the period selected in Good1's GA4 property.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, or object to processing. You may also have the right to receive or transfer certain information. You can withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent; this does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal. Contact connect@good1.consulting to exercise a right.

You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or another competent supervisory authority.

Cookies and browser storage

The website stores your Analytics and External Maps choices in this browser for up to 180 days so it can remember and apply them. If you allow Analytics, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga to distinguish visits and sessions. Google's documented default expiry for its _ga cookies is two years, but the setting may be changed and browsers can shorten cookie lifetimes. Google Maps may use cookies or similar technologies after its embed loads. Analytics and Maps are independent choices and remain off unless you allow them. Use Privacy settings in the website footer to review or change your choices.
