Indicative scope: 1–2 weeks
Find a use case worth testing.
When a team has several AI ideas but no clear first move, a focused assessment can turn the discussion into a decision grounded in its work, systems and constraints.
Who it is for
Leaders and teams who understand a business process well, have questions about where AI may fit, and need a reasoned way to choose what to investigate.
Questions the sprint can address
- Which recurring task creates enough friction to examine?
- Is relevant information available, usable and appropriate for the proposed task?
- What would a useful change look like for the people doing the work?
How the work takes shape
Good1 reviews the workflow with the people involved, clarifies the decision to be made, and examines candidate use cases. The assessment considers data access, existing systems, human review, security and privacy needs, feasibility and how a later test could be evaluated.
Typical activities
- Map one or more workflows and identify repetitive or information-heavy steps.
- Review candidate use cases against available data, process fit and implementation constraints.
- Agree what evidence would support a prototype, a different approach or no further work.
What you receive
- A prioritised opportunity or shortlist with the reasoning behind it.
- Documented assumptions, dependencies, risks and open questions.
- A suggested next step and initial measures for evaluating it.
